Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Block Manager to join a dynamic and growing Property Management company based in Edgware.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, varying in size. IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential, as we are committed to supporting the right candidate in achieving this certification.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to excellence.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling daily client queries and ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Conducting site inspections and overseeing contractor work.
• Assisting in the preparation and issuance of service charge budgets.
• Collaborating with internal accounts teams.
• Supporting Section 20 consultation processes.
• Attending residents' meetings and AGMs.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
