Job Description

Block Manager - Edgware - £30,000 - £40,000 package

This is a much sought after role with a leading and forward thinking independent brand dealing with exclusive properties in the desirable North West London market. This company are now looking for Block Manager to join their team.

This expanding and dynamic team are looking for an independent individual who will be able to manage their own portfolio. IRPM qualifications would be desirable.

Block Manager Duties include:

?Dealing with clients day to day concerns and provide solutions in a quick and efficient manner
?Site inspections and checking on contractors works
?Assisting in preparing and issuing service charge budgets
?Liaising with internal accounts
?Assisting with Section 20 works
?Attending residents meetings & AGM
?Drafting Service Charge Budgets
?Proficiency in Health & Safety

Block Manager Essential Skills:

·Previous block management experience or in a similar role
·Excellent communication skills
·Eager to provide exceptional levels of service to clients
·Attention to detail
·Excellent problem solving ability
·Ability to work in a team
