Cobalt is working with a dynamic residential property company that's continuing to grow its leasehold block management services. They're now looking for an experienced Block Manager to join their collaborative team and take ownership of a mixed residential portfolio.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks, acting as the key point of contact for leaseholders and clients while ensuring compliance and high standards of service delivery.

• Manage a portfolio of leasehold properties.
• Liaise with clients, leaseholders, and contractors.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance.
• Handle service charge and budget matters.
• Ensure all properties are compliant with current legislation.
• Attend site inspections and residents' meetings as needed.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Experience in residential block management.
• A solid understanding of leasehold legislation and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• IRPM qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
