1. Proven experience in blockchain development
2.Strong understanding of Web 3 protocols, decentralized systems, and cryptographic principles.
3.Experience developing and deploying smart contracts and working with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
4.Ability to critically assess and challenge third-party technical solutions and architectures.
5.Familiarity with banking systems, financial regulations, and enterprise-grade security standards.
6.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
7.Experience with version control (Git) and CICD pipelines.
8.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
