Blockchain Developer - Equity Only

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN EQUITY-ONLY ROLE AND THE INTERVIEWS WILL COMMENCE IN FEBRUARY 2025. 

Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust blockchain solutions that will power a secure and transparent platform economy. This role will focus on building a stablecoin infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration into the broader platform ecosystem, and enabling scalable and efficient transactions.

The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of blockchain innovation, with expertise in smart contracts, token development, and secure financial transaction protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy a stablecoin infrastructure backed by real-world assets, ensuring stability, transparency, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop, audit, and optimize smart contracts for secure and efficient transactions, tipping systems, and token functionality.
• Seamlessly integrate blockchain systems with the platform's core architecture, enabling real-time transaction processing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement scalability protocols (e.g., Layer-2 solutions) to handle high transaction volumes without compromising performance or security.
• Develop and enforce robust blockchain security measures, including encryption, authentication mechanisms, and fraud prevention systems.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure blockchain operations meet regional and global financial regulations.
• Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth blockchain integration across all platform services.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in blockchain technology, proposing enhancements and new features to maintain platform competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
• Must have excellent command of the English language in all forms. 
• Proficiency in blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger).
• Smart Contracts: Expertise in developing, deploying, and auditing smart contracts using Solidity or similar programming languages.
• Experience with ERC-20/721 tokens and custom token design for financial ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices, including cryptography, authentication, and fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with blockchain APIs and integration tools for seamless communication with external systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols for blockchain applications.
