Job Description:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

* Strong experience working with CIS Controls v8.1 and implementing security best practices.

* Strong experience in designing and implementing BMC Helix solutions including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation platforms.

* Hands-on expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix architecture, integrations, workflows, forms, escalations and service management processes.

* Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT service management best practices.

* Experience integrating BMC Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third-party enterprise platforms.

* Knowledge of automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management capabilities within BMC Helix environments.

* Experience working within large-scale enterprise or retail environments supporting transformation and operational improvement programs.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex platform and integration issues.

* Experience in platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning and environment optimization activities.

* Ability to produce architecture documentation, solution designs, technical standards and operational procedures.

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

* Good understanding of mapping EUC security capabilities to CIS Controls v8.1

* BMC certifications in Helix ITSM, Remedy, Discovery, or Digital Workplace solutions.

* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.

* Knowledge of scripting and automation technologies including Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, or orchestration tools.

* Experience integrating BMC Helix with monitoring, security, DevOps and enterprise collaboration platforms.

* Knowledge of reporting, analytics, dashboarding and AI-driven operational insights within BMC Helix platforms
