Are you an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer who would be keen to start managing small scale BMS projects from start to finish?

They are recruiting currently for a BMS Commissioning / Project Engineer.

Salary / Benefits:

• £53,000 - £55,000
• Car or £6825 Car Allowance
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and Rising with service
• 5% pension scheme, rising to 8.75% after 5 years and 10% after 10

The Role:

• In this position you will be responsible for carrying out full BMS Commissioning to comply with the project requirements
• You will also be responsible for managing small scale BMS Projects from start to finish
• This will include: Production of schedules, description of operation, modification of the panel design, production / modification of drawings and when required the creation of software and graphics.

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Building management systems (BMS) engineer
• Ideally you will have strong commissioning experience
• Ability to correctly interpret and alter existing control strategy in BMS Systems
• Ideally have strong experience / certified in one of the following control systems: Trend, Tridium, Schneider, Siemens, ALC.
• Knowledge of HVAC Systems
