Salary: €3,000 - €4,500 gross/month + benefits + company vehicle

Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for technical installations within HVAC and industrial environments? This is an opportunity to join a growing technical organisation working on challenging projects across Belgium, where quality, independence, and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do.

As an HVAC / Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, connecting, commissioning, and maintaining electrical systems across HVAC projects and industrial sites. You will work on a variety of technical installations, both independently and alongside a skilled project team.

Responsibilities

Installing cable trays, conduits, and electrical cabling
Connecting HVAC systems, electrical panels, and control cabinets
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
Carrying out testing, commissioning, and system checks
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
Working closely with site managers and project teamsDesired Experience

Qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Experience working within industrial electrical installations and/or HVAC systems
Ability to work independently with strong technical understanding
Experience with measurement and control technology is advantageous
Valid driving licence (Category B)
Safety-focused and quality-driven approach to work
Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
