This role will see the successful candidate design, install and maintain a range of BMS systems around the local area as well as performing reactive and planned maintenance on client sites. The right candidate will have knowledge of a selection of software listed below, but additional software training will be given.

The Training:

• Training is available on all of the below software:
  • JBC Control Systems
  • Siemens
  • Trend
  • Honeywell
  • Ecopilot
  • ISMA
  • Danfoss
  • Belimo

The Role:

• Design BMS architecture and control systems per project requirements
• Supervise and perform the installation of BMS hardware and wiring
• Configure and program BMS controllers and HMIs as well as perform system testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct regular system inspections and preventative maintenance on client sites
• Analyse building data to optimise energy performance

The Person:

• Full drivers licence
• Proven experience in a BMS Engineer role
• Understanding of at least one software listed above
