Location: Bristol and South West
Salary: £65K to £75K + Package

With a strong reputation for technical excellence and customer satisfaction, they’re now looking for a BMS Project Manager to join their growing team.

Your Mission

As a BMS Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the delivery of Building Management System projects from initial client meetings and design support, right through to commissioning and handover.

You’ll manage budgets, coordinate engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of BMS projects across the South West


• Oversee system design, installation, commissioning, and final client handover


• Work closely with in-house engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers


• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation


• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards


• Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience delivering BMS projects (Trend, Tridium, Distech highly desirable)


• Strong technical understanding of BMS/BAS systems and integration


• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Commercially aware, with strong financial and planning skills


• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification preferred


• Full UK driving licence
