Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK leading specialist within the building energy management systems (bems) sector.

They have a very interesting and exciting new opportunity within the business that will help manage a key and large national account.

The Role:

Reporting to the national contracts manager, this role supports the day to day operations and service coordination of a key and very important account
The aim of the role is to help deliver consistent, high-quality service by maintaining effective processes and procedures and keeping the account running smoothly day to day
Contract and service operations - PPM Planning, access coordination, incident, escalation and SLA Support
Remote Monitoring Coordination - supporting remote monitored sites
Commercial support - assisting with contract renewal, profitability tracking and revenue capture
Customer relationship and stakeholder management

Requirements:

Experience within service management / service coordination
Account support or contract support experience
A working understanding of BMS / HVAC Plant would be an advantage along with remote monitoring principles
Strong organisational skills, process and communication skills
Commercial awareness, with an eye for contract profitability, SLA's and revenue capture
Customer focused

This is a very key position that will play an integral role within a leading BMS business.

Salary:

£60,000 - £65,000
£7297 Car Allowance or Company Car
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and rising with service
