Position Overview:

My client is an established and forward-thinking BeMS (Building Energy Management Systems) service provider, they are seeking a full-time, experienced, and adaptable BMS Service/Maintenance Engineer to join theri team in delivering energy-focused support services and projects. The role involves maintaining system availability and environmental conditions to help their customers reduce energy costs and minimize greenhouse gas emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing and Maintenance:
  • Perform regular servicing and maintenance of BeMSsystems, ensuring optimal performance and system availability.
• System Support and Optimization:
  • Provide proactive support to clients, focusing on energy management and system efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Share innovative solutions to benefit the current and expanding customer base.
• Client Relations and Reporting:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and suggested improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Trend BeMSsystems is essential.
  • Knowledge of Tridium and Schneider systems would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of HVAC applications.
  • Demonstrated electrical skills and competence.
• Professional Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong report-writing skills to communicate maintenance activities and recommendations effectively.
  • Flexibility to cover various locations and adapt to different project requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general PC use.
