We're looking for an experienced BMS Small Works Manager to lead the successful delivery of Time & Materials (T&M) and Small Works projects across London. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role:

Manage the delivery of BMS Small Works and T&M projects.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, resources and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Manage customer relationships, escalations and warranty issues.
Work closely with sales, finance and engineering teams to support project delivery.
Produce project reports, forecasts and customer documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Experience managing BMS Small Works, Service or Projects.
Strong knowledge of BMS/HVAC control systems.
Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium/Niagara or Siemens.
Commercial awareness with strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent customer service, communication and leadership abilities.
Full UK Driving Licence.
