This is a great opportunity to join a well-established maintenance team on a secure long-term contract , working on a varied portfolio of commercial plant equipment. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial boiler systems and plant equipment Fault finding, servicing and repairs on heating and associated systems Monitoring plant performance and ensuring systems operate efficiently Carrying out statutory compliance checks and maintaining accurate records Supporting the wider engineering team with plant room maintenance Requirements BOAS qualification (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme) Strong experience working with commercial boilers and plant equipment Background in commercial building services maintenance Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently Package Salary up to £50,000 Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Overtime available Training and progression opportunities Long-term static site position This role is ideal for a BOAS-qualified engineer looking for a stable Monday–Friday role on a well-run site with strong support and development opportunities.
