Join one of the most exciting and fast-paced yacht build teams in the world. Based in Dubai, we’re building next-generation superyachts and high-performance composite vessels, and we’re looking for skilled all-round boat builders to help shape the future of modern yacht construction.

You’ll be part of a hands-on team working on carbon composite race yachts, powerboats, and luxury superyacht builds—from bare hull to final fit-out. Our production environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and quality-driven.

• Laminating with pre-preg carbon, glass fibre, and vacuum infusion techniques

• Assembly and installation of bulkheads, structural panels, stringers, and decks

• Working from technical marine drawings and build specs to precise tolerances

• Trimming, fairing, sanding, and finishing composite parts to a high standard

• Assisting with the fit-out of interiors, mechanical compartments, and deck hardware

• Collaborating with CNC, engineering, and inspection teams during production

• Contributing to weight tracking and quality assurance checks (e.g. CMM/ultrasound)

• Adhering to tight project schedules while maintaining top-level craftsmanship

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on boatbuilding experience, ideally in composite construction

• Comfortable working with female moulds, sandwich cores, and structural bonding

• Strong attention to detail and pride in finishing work to the highest standard

• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight build timelines

• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multi-national environment

• UAE-based or open to relocating to Dubai
