Operating across 11 locations, We are seeking a Body shop Receptionist to join the team at our dealership in Grimsby.

Main duties to include but not limited to:

•     Managing incoming repair notification’s and deal with in a timely manner


•     To agree a clear repair path with the customer and insurance partner


•     To arrange recovery and mobility options within insurer guidelines


•     To keep customer’s updated throughout the repair process


•     Chase parts to ensure a smooth repair process


•     To at all stages update electronic insurer and repairer software


•     To invoice accurately and have a keen eye on credit control


•     Update parts on our estimating systems


•     To chase outstanding dept. alongside the accounts department


•     To identify and execute additional sales avenues via upsell on repairs


•     To assist the Management team in providing excellent customer service
