Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor - Swindon

£30,000 basic + bonus

Full-time, Monday-Friday only (8am-5pm)

No weekends

I'm working with a well-established, British Standards-approved bodyshop in Swindon that's looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer service (ideally within the motor industry or a repair centre) who’s looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with a friendly team and clear processes in place.

This is a permanent, full-time role with no weekends required, and you'll be joining a professional but relaxed team who support one another. Ideal for someone looking for longevity in a well-run business.

The Role:

• Front-of-house reception duties — first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
• Managing the full repair process: estimate, updates, handover and aftercare
• Regular communication with customers via phone, email and internal systems.
• Liaising closely with all departments to ensure a smooth, high-quality service.
• Allocating courtesy cars and managing collection/delivery logistics.
• Processing payments and facilitating final handovers.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Experience in customer service — ideally in a bodyshop or automotive setting
• Confident using IT systems (experience with Autoflow a bonus)
• A genuine team player who takes pride in delivering great service
