This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor with a strong motor trade background to join a busy, customer-focused repair centre. You’ll be the vital link between customers and the workshop, managing repair journeys smoothly and professionally while delivering outstanding service every step of the way. If you excel at communication, organisation, and customer care within the motor trade, this role puts you front and centre.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process
• Manage repair bookings, customer communications, and expectations
• Liaise between customers, workshop technicians, and parts suppliers
• Keep accurate records and ensure smooth job progress
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in the motor trade, ideally in a bodyshop or similar environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Driving licence not required (max 6 penalty points if applicable)

What You’ll Get:

• Salary between £28,000 and £32,000 basic
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (flexible), plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
• Local parking and company benefits
• Training provided as needed
• Immediate start possible
