Bodyshop Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Bodyshop Advisor role based in Grays, Essex.

This Bodyshop Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional to deliver exceptional customer service within a busy automotive environment. The successful Bodyshop Advisor will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer journey while supporting the daily operations of the bodyshop.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per annum, with an on-target earning of approximately £30,000
Monday to Friday working hours, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break

Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding repair progress
Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries efficiently
Processing customer information accurately and maintaining detailed records
Supporting administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and correspondence
Ensuring reception area remains clean and presentable
Representing the business professionally and promoting excellent customer serviceRequirements for the Bodyshop Advisor role include:

Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems
Well-organised with attention to detail
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional, and approachable attitude
