Pembrook Resourcing are currently sourcing a Bodyshop Controller/ Bodyshop Manager to join one of our clients busy Aftersales Workshop!

Your main duties will be to oversee and motivate a team of skilled technicians and apprentices, panel beaters, paint sprayers ect. Work alongside the Branch Manager to achieve branch efficiency and profitability.

Essential Requirements

· Audatex

· Have at least 3 years Bodyshop management experience

· Excellent communication and IT skills

· Customer Service Skills

· Achieving budget sales and cost targets weekly, monthly and annually

· Ensuring all health and safety policy and procedures are followed always with all staff utilising safe working practises and monitor the correct use and storage of PPE.
