Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s well-established Bodyshop in Slough, Berkshire. This is an excellent Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor opportunity for a professional with automotive customer service experience to progress their career within a reputable organisation.

Benefits:

Up to £32,000 salary, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
42.5-hour work week
Rare requirement to work Saturdays

Completing all relevant paperwork for vehicle repair orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining an up-to-date and detailed customer and vehicle database
Liaising professionally with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth repair processes
Managing and controlling credit and outstanding debts through effective invoice tracking
Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and orderly administration of all responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries with professionalism
Supporting workshop operations by ensuring all documentation and communication are maintained to a high standardRequirements of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor:

Proven experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within an automotive bodyshop environment
Strong administration skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and vehicle insurance procedures
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and on own initiative
Motor trade experience is essential
Proficiency with automotive CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
