Bodyshop Manager

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Bodyshop Manager / VDA to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Hornsey, London. This is a fantastic Bodyshop Manager / VDA  opportunity for an experienced professional to take full control of daily operations and ensure smooth workshop performance. The successful Bodyshop Manager / VDA will have a proven track record in managing busy bodyshops and possess estimating experience.

Benefits:

Competitive salary between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am – 6 pm
Saturday mornings, 8 am – 12 pm
Full autonomy to run the workshop and shape company success

Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow
Manage workshop staff, maintaining high productivity standards
Handle vehicle estimates and liaise with insurance companies as required
Ensure quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
Support business growth through effective team management and operational oversightRequirements:

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within a busy bodyshop environment
Estimating experience is highly preferred
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities
