Bodyshop Office Manager Vacancy – Park Royal!

• Circa £40,000 Basic Salary, plus around £6,000 bonus annually.
• Working hours; Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm ONLY!
• Franchised Independent Bodyshop

Our Client, a franchised, Independent bodyshop are seeking an office manager to join their friendly team. The ideal Office Manager would have strong bodyshop experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well managed bodyshop that offers long term career prospects and high financial rewards for hard work.

Our client is offering the successful Office Manager:

• Basic Salary circa £40,000 dependent on experience
• Circa £6,000 annual bonus.
• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm Only
• No Weekends!
• 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
• Company pension scheme

Duties of a Bodyshop Office Manager:

• Ensuring that all paperwork and processes are accurate and efficient
• Leading a team of three other advisors
• Dealing with customers complaints
• Providing quotations on work to be carried out.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the bodyshop
• Calculating the time required to complete all necessary repairs.
• Informing the body shop of the authorisation of extra work needed.
