This team plays a critical role in the construction, release, and maintenance of Bills of Material (BoM) for all carlines across all plants within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of BoM releases, supporting engineering areas, and contributing to vehicle build quality and manufacturing success. Key responsibilities include Ensuring timely and accurate BoM releases by interpreting and analyzing documents and discussions with CoC Engineers. Developing an in-depth understanding of part usage and logic to ensure correct coding for scheduling and build purposes. Acting as a focal point for customers and suppliers at the commodity level to ensure accurate and timely BoM releases. Liaising extensively with Engineering and Manufacturing teams, as well as industry partners, to provide excellent customer service. Managing workload to meet programme timing, key project dates, and departmental targets. Supporting Early BoM, File Set Up, and Validation events. Participating in local process improvement initiatives. Providing holiday and sick cover for colleagues within the team and other CoCs as required. Undertaking additional tasks as directed by the line manager. Prior experience of working on and developing Bill of Material within and automotive engineering environment. Additional Information This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
