Booking Administrator Nottingham Your new company You will be working as a part of a small team within Sales and Marketing, in a professional service setting. Currently, there is a team of 3, and they are looking to expand to a team of 6, due to continued growth.
Your new role You will be responsible for sending out introduction emails to prospective clients, who have interacted on social media or opened emails. You will engage with customers and book appointments for the sales team to follow up and sell services. Update databases, support onboarding new clients, answer calls, work with a 3rd party provider in regard to obtaining data
What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who, like other members of the team, prides and strives to give the best service possible and go the extra mile for customers when required. To be considered for this role, you will have experience working within a busy administration / sales environment and have good customer care and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm and assured under pressure.
You will also have: • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills • Excellent telephone manner • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems • The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems • Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
What you'll get in return Free parking Pension 3 days a week, Tues-Thursday 8.30-5pm £25,000 Basic pro rataOTE £35k - £40k plus (part-time or reduced hours considered for right Candidate).Uncapped
commission.
