Bookkeeper

You will be part of a large bookkeeping team that is central to the firms identity and reputation. Having daily interactions with your clients you will forge strong professional relationships but also be able to relate on a personal level to provide the best possible service.

Client Details

A leading Nottinghamshire based firm of Chartered Accountants and Advisors who specialise in working with growing owner-managed businesses, sole traders and partnerships.

Description

• Enter sales and purchase invoices
• Enter bank transactions
• Monthly reconciliation of bank, sales ledger, purchase ledger
• Complete VAT returns on Sage/Xero
• Prepare management accounts

Profile

• Experience of Sage and / or Xero is essential
• Two years + experience working in a similar role.
• High degree of numeracy
• IT literate with a good level of knowledge with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Appreciation of working to deadlines and budgets
