• Bank account / Cash Book Control
• Petty Cash
• EC Sales list Returns
• Intrastat Returns
• Supplier payments
• Posting invoices / payments into the ledgers

What you'll need to succeed

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise record-keeping and error-free accounts
• Financial Knowledge: Expertise in managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
• Organisational Skills: Keeping financial records up to date and accessible
• Tax & Compliance Understanding: Handling VAT, payroll, and tax obligations efficiently
• Problem-Solving Ability: Addressing financial discrepancies and improving workflows
• Trust & Confidentiality: Managing sensitive financial data with the highest integrity
