Bookkeeper

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Bookkeeper to join an established property company and play a key role in their Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial data analysis and be able to manage and record financial transactions.

Description

Banking

• Pay suppliers & other bills
• HSBCNet (IDS/Factoring) Statement Reconciliations

Xero

• Allocate customer payments to the correct orders
• Reconciling transactions
• Upload bank statements
• Utilising Xero Reports

Payroll

• Liaise with payroll about monthly PAYE
• Booking pay day payments

Profile

A successful 'Bookkeeper' should have:

• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software packages.
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• An educational background in finance or related field.
