Bookkeeper – London – 2 Partner Firm

Are you a Bookkeeper seeking a role that only requires you to be in the office 1 day a week

Our client a 2 Partner firm based in the heart of Soho, although they are a relatively new firm, they are rapidly growing. They have a substantial client base, predominantly made up of clients in the Media & Tech sectors. They are committed to flexible working and therefore the team are only if the office one day a week & when required and spend the vast majority of their time working remotely.

Bookkeeper responsibilities include:

• Bookkeeping primarily on Xero and QuickBooks
• Preparing, reviewing and filing VAT returns
• Assisting with company Secretarial Work
• Reviewing the processed payrolls & send reports to clients
• Overseeing the flows of payroll information into the firm
• Liaising with clients on a regular and timely basis to obtain the necessary financial information

As a bookkeeper, you will be:

• Computer literate with good knowledge of Sage, Xero & QuickBooks
• Able to communicate and interact with staff and clients on a professional level
• Able to organise, manage and control your own workload and adhere to client and office deadlines and discretion
