Bookkeeper

Part-Time Bookkeeper (10–25 hours/week) | Remote & Flexible | Up to £45k (pro rata)

Our client is a small and rapidly growing accountancy practice. Increased workload means that they are now looking to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their expanding client base.

The Role:

• Hours: 10–25 hours per week (flexible depending on your availability)
• Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
• Location: Remote (East Midlands Preferred)
• Start Date: Immediate start available - Permanent or Temp to Perm
  
  

You’ll be working directly with the firm’s diverse range of clients, providing day-to-day bookkeeping services, including:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• VAT returns
• General bookkeeping support
• Liaising with clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial processes
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid bookkeeping experience (experience in a practice setting is a strong advantage)
• Comfortable using cloud-based accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks
• A strong communicator, organised, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and manage a flexible, remote schedule
