Salary: £25,000k – £32,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday)

The Role:
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations
• Processing sales invoices through Navision.
• Supporting the transition to SAP and ensuring seamless integration with financial processes.
• Managing expenses, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Liaising with external accountants regarding payroll and financial reporting.
• Providing financial support to the MD and sales team as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance-related role.
• Proficiency in SAGE 50, and ideally SAP.
• Experience with Navision is a plus but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes.
