Randstad are currently working in collaboration with a leading manufacturing business in Swindon. This busy, successful and reputable business are seeking an accounts focused, organised and autonomous Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent basis to support the smooth running of a busy department.
Key responsibilities of the Bookkeeper includes:
Daily cash flow and finance utilisation update.
Manage all payment processing and approvals ensuring procedures are followed and
terms met.
Manage all queries, liaising with the senior management team as required.
Assist with annual compliance audit.
Review & management of VAT and other statutory taxes
Bank and supplier reconciliations
Manage and run monthly payroll and pension contributions.
Preparation and distribution of the monthly management pack for review
of the SMT
Balance sheet reconciliations
Production and monitoring of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
where required.
