This position will focus purely on bookkeeping, with core responsibilities including:
• Bank reconciliations (a key element of the role)
• Managing financial records
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining accuracy
• Balancing accounts
• Processing invoices and payroll
• General administrative support

Experience with Xero is essential, and while previous exposure to construction management systems would be an advantage, it is not a requirement. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a dedicated bookkeeping role. This is a position for someone who is committed to their craft and brings a commercially aware, adaptable approach to their work.

The team you’ll be joining is made up of a group of hardworking professionals who work collaboratively and with purpose. The working hours are full time, with flexibility between 8am and 5pm to suit your schedule.
