Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that our valued client, based in Farnborough, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and financial record keeping
Maintain accurate ledgers, process invoices, and reconcile bank statements
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Support payroll processing and monthly financial reporting
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve financial queries
Manage all accounting data using XERO software

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance, credit control, or accounts
Strong knowledge of XERO accounting software (essential)
Solid understanding of VAT, reconciliations, and financial processes
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
