Our Client in Northampton is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.
Monday to Friday
£28k-£35k
Main Duties include (but not limited to):
• Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in month and year end
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in XERO & Sage 200
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•2-4 years’ experience
