Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager - Construction & Property Services

Full-Time | Up to £37,000 | Leigh-on-Sea | Office-Based Role

A growing construction and property services business is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day finances. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape the role, streamline processes, and grow with the business.

• Invoicing, bank recs & credit card expenses
• Monitoring project costs and analysing spend vs budget
• Managing payroll (small team) & CIS payments
• Subcontractor management and payment schedules
• Raising POs, credit control, and cash flow management
• Working closely with the MD, Office Manager, and external accountant

What’s on Offer:

• £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
• 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
