We are a fast-growing eCommerce and 3PL company, helping brands scale through seamless logistics and online retail expertise. Our operations span inventory management, order fulfilment, and multichannel eCommerce, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting both the eCommerce and 3PL sides of the business. This role involves inventory accounting, reconciliation across multiple platforms (e.g., Magento, Amazon, 3PL software), and handling accounts payable/receivable.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries, and reconciliations
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Track and report on eCommerce sales, returns, and platform fees (Magento, Amazon, etc.)
Invoicing 3PL Clients and monitoring credit control
Monitor client billing and receivables for 3PL services
Assist in the monthly and year-end close processes
Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to reconcile inventory.
Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting principles
Work with external accountants for tax filings and audits
Generate reports for management on cash flow, revenue, and expenses
Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and customer invoicing

Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience, preferably in eCommerce and/or 3PL environment
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field (preferred but not required)

Nice to Have
Experience working with inventory management and cost accounting
Familiarity with multi-currency transactions and international sales tax compliance
Knowledge of integrations between accounting systems and eCommerce/3PL platforms
Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Amazon Seller Central) and 3PL software - Mintsoft)
