Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail -oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in
Coventry. This is a full -time role supporting both UK and US entities, ideal
for someone comfortable working across multiple sets of books and within a
fast -paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial
  records for both UK and US companies
  
• Process accounts payable and
  receivable
  
• Perform bank and credit card
  reconciliations across multiple entities
  
• Prepare and submit UK VAT returns
  and support US sales tax processes
  
• Manage payroll and employee
  expenses where required
  
• Assist with month -end and year -end
  close procedures
  
• Work within our CRM and accounting
  system (Odoo) to manage financial data
  
• Liaise with external accountants
  in both the UK and US
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
  or similar finance role
  
• Experience using Odoo is
  preferred, or ability to learn quickly
  
• Strong understanding of UK
  bookkeeping and VAT
  
• Exposure to US accounting
  practices is desirable
  
• Excellent attention to detail and
  organisational skills
  
• Strong Excel skills
  
• AAT qualification or equivalent is
  desirable
