Bookkeeper - Greenford

This position requires a competent Bookkeeper to work within the Accounting & Finance department in the Property industry. The role is based in Greenford and is a temporary team member position.Client DetailsThis is a well-established company with a sizable workforce. Specialising in the Property sector, they have a strong presence in Greenford and are recognised for their commitment to delivering quality services.DescriptionMaintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.Completing the posting process and verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book.Reconciling accounts in a timely manner.Assisting in generating financial reports.Conducting month-end and year-end close process.Ensuring accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports.Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.ProfileA successful Bookkeeper should have:An educational background in Accounting or Finance.Proven bookkeeping experience.Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in English and in MS Office.Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.Job OfferAn hourly wage of approximately £16-18, commensurate with experience.A vibrant, supportive team environment within a well-regarded company.Temporary position with potential for longer-term opportunities.Valuable industry experience in the Property sector.We encourage all suitable candidates to apply for this Bookkeeper role and look forward to welcoming the new member to our team in Greenford.
