We are looking for a motivated individual to join our clients growing company as a permanent Bookkeeper based in Basildon.

Responsibilities: -

Invoice processing.
Managing internal sign off procedure.
Managing Sub-contractor invoices, queries and Sub-contractor verification.
Credit Control.
Weekly and monthly payroll information.
Weekly expenses reconciliation and payments.
Monthly VAT Returns.
Answer telephone calls and monitor email inbox for invoices and ad hoc queries.
Providing financial reports for review with Commercial Manager.

The ideal candidates will be hard working and motivated and have knowledge of CIS, Accounting/ Bookkeeping using Quick books with experience preferably with a construction background. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with attention to detail is also desired.

Working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

The salary for this position is £28,000 -£30,000pa. Depending on experience.
