The Role

You’ll work closely with client managers, who will provide guidance and support and the digital team, who will handle software training and implementation. You’ll play a key role in spotting opportunities for clients to use technology more effectively and ensuring they stay aligned with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records through regular bookkeeping.
• Process transactions, manage expenses, and reconcile accounts efficiently.
• Provide clients with necessary financial reports and insights.
• Maintain asset schedules and registers as required.
• Support clients in adopting digital tools and improving their processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and client support.
• Assist clients in adhering to deadlines and best practices for timely bookkeeping.
• Submit tax returns or similar filings in an accurate and timely manner.
