As a leading fitness operator, we're renowned for our innovative and engaging concepts in Cycle, Yoga, Barre, and Hiit across four stunning studios in London. We're on the lookout for a Studio Manager to lead our stunning Covent Garden studio into its next phase of growth.
This role demands a high standard in customer service, setting an exemplary benchmark in studio management, team leadership, and boutique offering management. You'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Group Operations Manager, Directors of Digme, Head of Class Concepts, and the Front of House team to nurture our vibrant community.
Your role will be pivotal in steering our studio towards achieving its sales, marketing, and community objectives, underpinned by your exceptional teamwork and leadership skills. We value the ability to impart knowledge and inspire both new and existing staff, shaping the future of our fitness community.
Flexibility is key, as your schedule will include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, ensuring our studio exceeds expectations at all times.
