The role:

This is a stunning opportunity for a senior pensions administration professional to secure a strategic, leadership role. The winning candidate will leverage their extensive pensions administration experience, wide DB knowledge, people skills, and personal gravitas to oversee an expanding team within a premium employer.

You will:

• Lead, develop, engage, and inspire staff within BPA Operations
• Ensure superb outcomes are delivered to scheme members
• Oversee and inspire specialist frontline pension administrators
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership from across the group
• Represent the employer to external stakeholders

What will I need?

• 15 years + experience with a Third-Party Pensions Administrator ('TPA’)
• The self-confidence and personal gravitas to lead on complex administrative issues
• Extensive team management experience
• A deep understanding of DB pensions, administration, and scheme members
• Experience with insurance regimes (consumer duty etc) highly additive
• Salient professional qualifications (PMI etc) highly additive
