Job Description - Branch Coordinator

Branch Coordinator – Lettings Team (Brentwood)
Salary Basic £28,000 + Bonus OTE £30,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Coordinator to join a busy and successful lettings team in Brentwood. This role is perfect for an experienced individual looking to take on varied responsibilities within a thriving branch. Whether you're a Lettings Consultant seeking a role without weekend work, an Administrator, or a Property Manager looking to expand your experience, this could be the ideal position for you.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative activities within the lettings department.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from landlords and tenants, offering updates and solutions or redirecting as needed.
  • Manage compliance checks and associated documentation.
  • Support lettings consultants with telephone-based tasks and general administrative duties.
Essential Requirements:
  • Solid experience within Residential Lettings, either current or previous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and professional.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Basic salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonuses.
  • Realistic OTE: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Additional benefits include a birthday day off, increasing holiday entitlement with length of service, and a lucrative referral program.

Hours:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
