Job Summary

As a Branch Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives within a network of merchant stockists. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You'll play a key part in increasing brand awareness and product adoption.

Qualification/education
High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

Experience
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction industry.

Skills

• Proven success in sales and marketing, ideally within construction
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in social media marketing and engagement
• Strong presentation and training skills
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Valid driver's license
• Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain product profiles, positioning, and merchandising within merchant stockists.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including installer app engagement and new product introductions.
• Engage merchants and installers via social media.
• Increase product awareness through in-branch training and e-tools.
• Support key account assignments.
• Collaborate with the team on weekly strategies.
• Attend industry shows and other events.
