Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) plus bonus, company vehicle etc.

Our client is a well-respected distributor of construction supplies / building products supplying building materials into the construction sector. They are recruiting a Branch Manager to oversee the operations of a brand new flagship site.

This role requires a special someone - ideally a proven Branch Manager from the world of the builders merchants or specialist distributors of building materials / construction supplies within the Construction sector. The right candidate will have run their own branch previously as strong management experience is crucial. If you have run a general builders merchants or specialised in one particular sector then either way this is good experience.

You must have a drive to always maximise potential. The right person needs the right blend of sales drive with strong operational skills and experience. A good all-rounder who can guide on all aspects of the business and assist where necessary.

This will be a brand new site for a well respected national business that is well known in its field. Whilst there's a lot to do, it can also be a highly satisfying role with a strong sense of ownership. The basic salary on offer reflects the importance of this role to the company with bonus and car as well.
