Join a highly regarded and established property brand and head up their operation in the picturesque and affluent area of Saffron Walden.

Our client is looking for a highly performing and experienced sales agent who comes with a proven track record either at a Valuer or Branch Manager level. The chosen individual will need to incredibly proactive, presentable, assertive and have the drive to build a great business. Experience operating in the local area would be advantageous, but not essential.

On offer for the right person is a basic salary between £30,000 to £35,000. The realistic and projected OTE in year 1 is around £50,000 - £55,000, with the opportunity for this figure to increase considerably after the first year.
