About the Client:

Our client is a leading national estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and results across the region. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Camberley office and lead a team of talented Sales Agents.

Role Overview:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch’s performance, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that business objectives are met and that operational processes run smoothly. Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or senior sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the Camberley property market and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Full driving license and access to a car.
• ARLA or NAEA qualification is a plus, but not essential.
