Job Description - Branch Manager

Reed is collaborating with one of the UK’s leading Independent Estate Agencies, recruiting for a Branch Manager in Swindon, Wiltshire.

As a pivotal figure in our clients esteemed brand, you'll lead a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional service to their high-end clientele. Step into a role where your leadership and expertise will drive excellence and innovation in a thriving, fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Basic

Bonus: OTE £50,000+ (Uncapped commission)

Car: Company car or car allowance.

Duties

  • Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs and monitoring individual performance.
  • Encouraging team development and progression.
  • Focusing on generating new and repeat business.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
  • Ensuring the business adheres to the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.
