Branch Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients forward thinking and highly successful Estate Agency in Barnstaple.

This role would suit an existing Branch Manager, or someone with good Estate Agency experience looking to step into this role.

Experience in Valuing and Listing is essential along with the ability to lead a small team.

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturdays with a lieu day provided

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

• A basic salary up to £30,000
• Commission
• On Target Earnings of £45,000
• Company Car

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
• Strong listing experience and track record.
• Full UK driving license
• Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets
• Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
• Passion for property
• Local area knowledge would be helpful

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

• Conducting Team Morning meetings
• Attending Valuations
• Gaining Instructions
• Overseeing Branch
• Setting team targets
